CCMS Vendor Not Active or Pending
If your CCMS vendor has not yet been certified by KinderSystems:
The CCMS (Child Care Management System) vendor must contact KinderSystems at: partners@kindersystems.com to ensure their system can integrate with KinderConnect.
Once the CCMS is certified with KinderConnect, you can contact KinderSystems to set up KinderBridge and obtain your credentials.
Important: Only the CCMS vendor should contact KinderSystems for certification. Emails from providers themselves will not be processed.
