To use the Child Care Program Attendance and Schedule System (PASS), it’s important to know your provider type: Tablet or KinderBridge. Your provider type determines the setup process you should follow and the tasks you can perform.

Tablet Providers

Uses KinderSign or KinderSmart as the primary system to record attendance for children in the Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP). These providers fully utilize the KinderSystems suite of products and do not use a third party system (e.g., Brightwheel, Playground) to track attendance.

KinderBridge (CCMS) Providers

Use a CCMS (e.g. Brightwheel, Lillio etc) to record attendance and connects it to KionderConnect via KinderBridge.

Relative In Home (IVR) Providers

Family members eligible to care for subsidized children at home. The Provider will only use Interactive Voice Recognition, or IVR, a phone-based system that does not require access to the Internet to track attendance.
